I’ve recently been working on my own matters of the Heart healing over trauma from suffering multiple miscarriages and rejection that I carried for years and years! It feels so amazing to be Free! It wasn’t overnight but it was a process. I felt it in every area of my being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It was a press, not pretty at all but it was worth it. What gets buried doesn’t get healed!
I noticed myself repeating, “I just want to feel like myself, I just want to feel like myself.” I just realized today I will never feel “like myself” again. I’m no longer that person! I have to develop and get used to a new normal. And that’s alright with me!
