Are you a worrier? Do you sit and ponder on what’s not right, what you don’t have, what you need, or what might go wrong?
If so, then yes you are a worrier. You are in great company. It takes effort to stop worrying but you have to do the work.
The word of God says:
“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”
Philippians 4:8 NKJV
Worry is the opposite of the mediation that the Lord instructs us to do. In order to reduce your anxiety and stress try replacing those thoughts with the Word of God!
I’ve attached a start of some verses you can use, study and find some more.
Practice speaking this words, thinking these words all day! Worry will leave and faith will take over!
