Pamper Yourself!

I know you have plans to hit the gym, reorganize the whole house, and work on that project and get it done. But don’t forget your self-care.

Take care of yourself and your body will pay you back. One of my favorite pampering methods is a bubble bath. Here are some of my favorites additions I wanted to share with you. Pampering doesn’t have to break the bank.

The Dr Teal’s Soothe & Sleep with Lavender Foaming Bath is my favorite. Available at your local Walmart and online

When I really want to treat myself I love the bath bombs from Lush (Hint: I break up in pieces so it will last longer)

Sometimes I play music or read a book. Other times I just soak in silence.
